Hard work and a dream — that's what built our farm from the ground up. This is our story.
In 1998, our Dad, Steve McBee, bought 300 acres of land in north Missouri — not with a business plan, but with a purpose. He wanted a place where the four of us — Steven, Jesse, Cole, and Brayden — could grow up with our boots in the dirt and our hands in honest work.
The farmhouse had holes in the floor and leaks in the roof. We slept on cots in the living room. But we loved every minute of it — and we wouldn't trade those days for anything.
Our Dad kept pouring every penny back into the land. By 2005, the farm had grown. By 2008, the first herd of cattle had arrived. We weren't just growing up — we were growing a ranch.

Our Dad buys 300 acres in Gallatin, Missouri. We move into an old farmhouse with holes in the floor, sleep on cots, and fall in love with the life. It wasn't much — but it was ours.
Our Dad starts farming at a small scale, pouring every dollar back into the land. We're out there every chance we get — in tractors, fixing fence, learning what it means to build something from nothing.
Our Dad adds a small herd of cattle and the love for ranching, horses, and the western way of life takes full root. We grow up working cows, riding horses, and doing whatever it takes to help the operation grow.
The four of us are running the farm full-time. We've grown to 40,000 acres of row crop, 2,000 head of cattle, and 200 bison. What started as a hunting property is now one of the most remarkable family farming operations in Missouri.
Our family's story becomes a Peacock original reality series. America gets a front-row seat to our ranch, our family, and the life we've built. The response blew us away — turns out people love seeing this way of life as much as we love living it.
A decade-long dream becomes reality. We open our own meat processing facility, completing full vertical integration of our farm. Born, raised, processed, and shipped directly from our land. No middlemen — just us, doing it the right way.
We launch our grass-fed tallow skincare line — a product born right here on our farm — and it becomes an immediate hit. Season 2 of The McBee Dynasty airs on Bravo & Peacock. We also build our own fulfillment center on the farm so everything ships straight from us to you.
Our high-protein meat sticks begin rolling out across retailers nationwide. We're not just a farm anymore — we're a movement. And we're just getting started.
Season 3 is on the way. New products are dropping. The ranch keeps growing. We've always said this is bigger than just our farm — and we're just getting warmed up. Stay tuned.
